DOE’s Office of Science Now Accepting Applications for Fall 2025 Undergraduate Internships

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science is now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 term of two exciting undergraduate internship programs:

  • 🔬 Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships (SULI)
  • 🧪 Community College Internships (CCI)

These internship programs offer students hands-on research and technical project experience at DOE National Laboratories. Interns work directly with national lab scientists and engineers on projects that align with the DOE mission.

Eligibility:

  • SULI: Open to full-time students at 2- or 4-year colleges/universities OR recent graduates (within 2 years).
  • CCI: Open only to community college students.

Both programs are stipend-based and run during fall, spring, and summer terms.
